The heavy texture in this piece is what got me—those swirled paint ridges catch the light differently depending on the time of day. It’s got a real physical presence on the wood canvas that photos just don’t capture. I keep finding new details in the color blends every time I walk past it.
The painted surface has a gorgeous, almost sculptural depth to it, and the colors feel even richer in person than they do on screen. It’s become the quiet anchor of my living room wall, and I catch myself staring at the swatch-like layers every evening.
The texture on this one is incredible—the heavy paint makes the poppies feel almost sculpted, and the colors shift depending on the light. It’s the centerpiece of my living room now, and I catch myself staring at it every time I walk by.
