The wire binding lays completely flat when I’m sketching, which I didn’t expect from a tiny notebook, and the hand-painted cover is even prettier in person. Knowing the 103 gsm paper is FSC certified makes it feel like a thoughtful buy. I’ve already filled half the pages.
I was a little worried the hand-painted cover would look cheap up close, but the colors and brushwork are actually delicate and pretty. The paper inside is thick enough that my gel pen doesn't ghost through, which is exactly what I need for a pocket notebook.
