The wire binding lies completely flat when I’m sketching on the couch, which makes a huge difference. And the 103 gsm paper holds up to some heavy ink work without bleeding through, plus the hand-painted back cover is a nice touch you don’t see until you flip it over.

The cloth cover is so nicely painted that I almost don't want to hide it away—each page has that thick, luxurious feel at 103 gsm, and the binding is sturdy enough to survive my bag. I've already filled a third of it and the pages take ink beautifully without bleeding through.

The hand-painted cover is even more striking in person—mine has a deep teal wash with tiny brush strokes that feel genuinely unique. The 103 gsm pages hold up well to fountain pen ink without ghosting on the other side, which is a nice surprise for a sketchbook this size.
