A beautifully tactile alternative to art prints. Each piece is hand painted by our staff to match the original. Painted on 1 5/8" thick birch wood panel for a three dimensional art piece. May have slight differences from piece to piece, 11 x 14” in size.
The birch panel is a full inch and five-eighths thick, so it casts a real shadow on the wall and feels like an actual painting rather than a flat print. I keep walking past it just to catch the way the light hits the brushstrokes.
The hand-painted texture gives it so much depth compared to a flat print—the brushstrokes really catch the light. It arrived securely and the 1 5/8" birch panel makes it feel like a real gallery piece, not just decoration.
The birch panel is much heavier and more substantial than I expected—it actually casts a slight shadow on my wall, which gives the piece real depth. Hand-painting means the brushstrokes are visible up close, and the colors feel richer than any print I've owned.
