The card stock is thick and sturdy, which makes it feel like a real keepsake rather than something flimsy. You can tell each one is hand painted because the colors have that subtle, organic variation up close—the foil stamping adds a nice weight to it too.
The hand-painted texture really comes through on the thick card stock—it feels more like a piece of art than something you'd toss in an envelope. The antique foil press gives it an old-fashioned depth that photos don't capture.
The foil stamping is so crisp and shiny it catches the light beautifully, and the hand-painted artwork makes each one feel like a tiny original painting. I actually hesitated to send it because I wanted to keep it for myself.
