The wire binding lays completely flat when I sketch across both pages, which is rare for a notebook this thick. The 103 gsm paper holds up to my fountain pen without ghosting, and having a hand-painted back cover too feels like a small piece of art I can carry around.

The hand-painted cover is even more beautiful in person—mine has these deep indigo swirls that feel almost like a tiny piece of art. The 103 gsm paper handles my fountain pen without bleed-through, and I love that the back cover is painted too, so it looks finished from every angle.

The wire binding lies completely flat when I sketch across a two-page spread, which makes all 120 pages feel usable. I also love that the back cover is painted too, not just the front—it’s a nice surprise every time I flip it over.
