The hand-painted swirl edge on this little pad is genuinely unique, and the 104 gsm paper handles my fountain pen without any bleed-through. It’s the perfect size for my pocket, and 275 sheets means it’ll last me ages.
I was a little worried the pad would feel flimsy at this size, but 275 sheets of that 104 gsm paper make it surprisingly sturdy for tossing in my bag. The hand-painted edge is a nice touch that makes it feel more like a small piece of art than just a notepad.
The hand-painted swirl edge is even prettier in person, and the gummed binding keeps every page perfectly attached. I've been using it for quick lists and the 104 gsm paper takes my fountain pen without any bleed-through.
