Giclèe fine art print. 2023. Printed with archival quality, pigment based inks on heavy 280gsm archival paper.

This print is from the Riviera series, a grouping of artworks by Meg Gleason. Meg works with shape and color intuitively, and is specifically interested in how each shape interacts with the other. The first shape drawn, often the background, is the shape that must be there. This shape ends up disappearing after the work is done—a necessary sacrifice to the overall composition. The other shapes that are layered on top are "visitors", almost as familial objects within the work. The shapes are delicately built within the composition until the work feels whole.

Meg is the creative director of the paper line for Moglea. As an artist and designer, she primarily focuses on bringing a sense of happenstance and delight to the Moglea line. Each piece, whether a one-of-a-kind paper good within the core line or an art print like this, is a careful extension of Meg's overall vision for Moglea. Anything Moglea should always please the aesthetic senses with color, line, and a sense of movement.

The colors in this Riviera series print are so vibrant and true to the listing, and it arrived perfectly flat in a sturdy sleeve. I've already ordered a second one for my hallway.

The 280gsm paper has a lovely, substantial feel—so much nicer than the flimsy posters I've bought before. This print from the Riviera series adds a calm, coastal vibe to my hallway.

The colors are so rich and true to the online image, exactly what I hoped for from a giclée print. The 280gsm paper has a nice, substantial weight to it—perfect for framing. I just wish the print had been packaged with a bit more rigid backing during shipping to prevent any slight edge curl.
